SONOGRAPHY

Sonografía (General)

Ultrasound is a type of imaging that uses soundwaves to look at organs in the body. This study is performed on the entire body, including the neck, chest, abdomen, among others.

Sonomammography

Ultrasound of the breast uses soundwaves to obtain images of internal tissue. The study helps detect any type of problem in the area and differentiate between cysts and solid nodules. Our facilities have an additional waiting area for these studies. They are available in 3-5 business days. It does not require an appointment.

Vascular Sonography (Doppler)

This test uses sound waves to evaluate the body’s circulatory system. It can detect blockages in the arteries and veins. In addition, it detects clots in the blood. Requires prior appointment.

Musculoskeletal Sonography

Uses soundwaves to evaluate muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bone surfaces.
